These terms apply to services you buy from The Brand Sols by SolsPro ("we", "us"), including the one-time landing page offer. By paying for a service, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@thebrandsols.com.
What you are buying
The landing page offer is a one-time service in which we design and build a custom landing page for your business and publish it for you, as described on the offer page at the time you pay. Anything not described there is not included.
Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout and is charged once, in full, by card through Stripe. Promotional prices are limited to the number of spots stated on the offer page, and we may close the offer once those spots are taken.
All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made. If something is not right with your page, tell us and we will work with you to fix it through revisions.
What we need from you
After you pay, you will complete a short intake form. Please give us accurate information and the content we ask for, such as your logo, photos and text. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us. Delays in receiving your form or content will delay your page.
Timeline and revisions
We aim to send your first draft within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form. This is a target, not a guarantee. After the draft, you can send us changes and we will revise the page with you until it is ready to publish.
Domains, hosting and other costs
Domain registration, paid hosting plans, and fees for other third-party tools (such as booking or payment services you connect to your page) are separate and are your responsibility.
Ownership
Once your payment is received and the finished page is delivered, you own the final page we build for you. Stock images, fonts and third-party tools used in it remain subject to their own licenses. We may show the finished page in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Results
We build the page; we cannot promise any particular number of leads, sales or other business results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you pay are the ones that apply to your purchase.
